People Focused HR is lead by Jamy Smith, a seasoned HR professional with a history of creating award winning workplaces on both a regional and national level. He has spent his career leading HR and Talent Acquisition for organizations such as Grooveshark, SMTP and Darr Schackow Insurance.  Jamy has a passion for people focused human resource strategies, hence our company name!
