Be Brave! Well that's easier said than done, right? We have faced so many challenges in 2020, and at times it seems like it just keeps getting worse as the year goes on. This has made many of us afraid to take on new challenges, make changes in our life, start a new business (like myself), or even do simple things like go to the grocery store or spend time with family and friends. It's time that we stand up and just BE BRAVE!
I will admit that I was scared to death about starting my HR consultant business, but I did it! I was also scared of moving out of my home office and leasing my first professional office space for my business, but I did it! Fear is GOOD! Don't let your fear stop you from doing all that you want - big or small.......Just BE BRAVE!
I hope that this simple little message resonates with you, and sparks a fire deep down that helps you stand-up and say "I am not going to be afraid anymore. It's time for me to BE BRAVE". Whatever it is that you are afraid of.....LET IT GO! Start that new business. Make that career change. Run that marathon. Just BE BRAVE! I believe in you and you should believe in yourself!

Somebody said that it couldn't be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That "maybe it couldn't", but he would be the one
Who wouldn't say so til he'd tried.
